Payment and Order Tracking- After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours.
- If you do not receive the same, please contact us at kaira@just-craft.com as soon as possible.
- For overseas customers, a Paypal invoice will be sent over email. You can pay using your Paypal account/credit card/debit card.
- Domestic customers can pay via Cheque or Electronic fund transfer. Details for the same will be provided based on your choice.
- When you place an order, you will be provided with an Order Number. Quote this number in any communication relating to the order.
Shipping and Handling- Your order will be shipped to the specified address after the payment is received.
- Ensure that you specify the correct address while making the order.
- Shipping charges are extra, and are not included in the price of the product. The shipping cost depends on the size, weight and location.
- Once the order is shipped, we will provide you the details for tracking your shipment online.
Overseas Shipping of Framed items- We advise our overseas customers to buy artifacts without frame. Though we take utmost care in packing, safety of the frame glass cannot be guaranteed.
- However, if you prefer to get it framed, we would be happy to help you. Please note that the return/refund policy (see 'Damages in Transit') does not cover damage to the glass on the frame.
Damages in Transit- If the artwork appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at kaira@just-craft.com or call us at +91-9346967463.
- We can assess the extent of damage and decide on refund or replacement for your order.
- The refund/replacement will be processed once we receive the returned product. We will bear the cost of return shipping.
- Please do not discard the packaging material, same can be used to return the product to us.
- Some hand-crafted objects will have minor irregularities which should not be treated as damages, but as inherent nature of handicraft.
Canceling or Changing an Order- If you wish to change or cancel an order, please mail us at kaira@just-craft.com or call us at +91-9346967463 within 1 calendar day.
- Cancellation requests received after 1 calendar day of placing an order will not be entertained.
